WebLickisto campsite in the bays of Harris is about 10 minutes (by road) on the east side of Harris. On the west is Horgabost campsite, also 10 by road. There's camping spots too at Seilebost and Luskentye. All are different in terms of what they offer and scenery. Wild camping - I can't think of anywhere suitable near Tarbert village.
